When the destination country is not a party to the Hague Convention, or requires consular legalization, the document must go through several authorities in turn: the issuing authority, the Ministry of Justice or Prosecutor's office for judicial documents, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship (MAE), then the embassy or consulate of the country concerned.
We plan the chain for you, prepare fees and forms, and file and collect the documents at each step. Through our international offices, we also legalize foreign documents at Haitian consulates abroad so they can be used in Haiti.
